What we see, what we don't, and why it matters

What WW collects

• Your email — to send your license key and essential account emails. Nothing else.
• Your license key — ties your account to your app.
• Your CB username — so we know which room to watch.
• Session metadata — start time, end time, duration. Basic bookkeeping.
• Viewer events — chat messages, tips, enters, leaves. The same stuff every viewer in your room already sees.

What WW never does

This is the line. We don't cross it.

• No video, no audio, no screenshots. We never touch your camera or mic. Ever.
• No selling your data. Not to advertisers, not to analytics companies, not to anyone.
• No sharing with CB. WW is independent. Your data stays between you and WW.
• No scraping other rooms. We only see the room you point us at — yours.
• No storing viewer real names or PII. We see usernames. That's it. No IP addresses, no payment info, no identity data.

How long data is kept

Session data is kept for 90 days, then automatically deleted. Your account info (email, license key) stays as long as your account is active.

Where your data lives

• Railway (US-East) — application hosting and database.
• Sentry — error logging only, never PII.
• No one else. We don't sell data. We don't share with marketers, analytics vendors, or third parties.

Self-serve deletion

Delete your account anytime. Email hello@getww.app with subject “Delete my data”. We process within 48 hours. No forms, no runaround. (Self-serve button coming soon.)
