Privacy

Whalewatch is a product of Nino Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). Your privacy is core to everything we build. This policy explains what we keep, why, and what we never do.

We do not sell your data

Period. We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not monetize it in any way other than providing the Whalewatch service you signed up for. If that ever changes, we will notify you first and give you the option to delete everything before it takes effect.

What we keep

We keep only what we need to run the product. Here's the complete list:

• Email address — used for account login, license delivery, and the occasional product email. That's it.
• License key — identifies your account and gates access to the product.
• Account name and connection details — used to connect to the account you choose. We only connect to accounts you explicitly connect.
• Session records — start and end times and the figures the service shows you.
• Account activity — the activity on your connected account that the service's official feed publishes while you are active.

What we never keep

We never keep, store, process, or transmit video, audio, images, or any visual content from your connected accounts. Whalewatch handles text-based event data only. There are no screenshots, no recordings, no screen captures — ever. We also never keep your real name, physical address, government ID, or financial account details (our payment processor handles payment; we never see your card number).

How long we keep it

Session data (account activity and session records) is retained for 90 days from the session date, then permanently deleted. Account data (email, license key, preferences) is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, all data is purged within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a full export or complete deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@getww.app. We will respond within 7 days. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — we will confirm before processing.

Services we use

A few outside services help run Whalewatch: payments, email, hosting, and error and usage reports. Each sees only what it needs for that one job.

We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting libraries, or third-party ad networks.
