Refund Policy

Effective date: September 26, 2026

Cancellation

You may cancel your Whalewatch Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until that date. No future charges are made after cancellation.

Pro-rated refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of a renewal charge and have not used the service during that period, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the unused days. Email hello@getww.app with your account email and we will process the refund within 5 business days.

First-month satisfaction

Not happy with your first month? Email us within 30 days of your first charge. We'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are not available

• After 30 days from the original charge.
• For accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.
• For the 14-day free trial period (no charge is made during the trial).

Email hello@getww.app from the email address on your account. Include “Refund request” in the subject line. We typically respond within one business day.
